College and Career Readiness

At Brentwood High School, college and career readiness is a personalized, student-centered experience. With our small class sizes, our team is able to provide individualized guidance that helps every student explore their strengths, interests and long-term goals. We believe every student deserves a clear, confident pathway beyond high school — and we are committed to helping them find the postsecondary opportunities that fit them best.

Our college and career team partners closely with students, families and staff throughout all four years of high school. From academic advising and course planning to résumé building, career exploration and college research, we support students as they identify their passions and define what success looks like for them. Whether a student is preparing for a four-year university, community college, technical training, military service or entering the workforce, we work together to make sure they are ready for their next step.

Students benefit from a wide range of hands-on experiences that help them discover what inspires them. Through college visits, career fairs, job shadowing, dual-credit opportunities, A+ Scholarship participation and partnerships with local organizations, students can explore multiple pathways and make informed decisions about their future. These real-world experiences help them envision what’s possible and take meaningful steps toward their goals.

By combining personalized guidance, strong relationships and a wide variety of postsecondary options, Brentwood High School helps students build a pathway that reflects their talents, passions and purpose — preparing them for success after graduation.
