The Pi Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma is awarding some grants to female students who plan to pursue a degree preparing for a career in education.  The Application must be submitted by April 8th.

The Missouri Association of School Personnel Administrators (MOASPA) - STL Chapter is offering a $1,000 scholarship to graduating seniors who are planning on earning a Bachelor's Degree in Education.

The Brentwood Community Scholarships Application is now available.  Applications are due by March 1st.  Scholarship Recipients will be announced on April 25th at 10:30 am our Senior Awards Ceremony.  

This application is used for several scholarships provided by the Brentwood Community.  Seniors are highly encouraged to apply!

* graduating high school senior planning to enroll in a four-year college or university
*Maintaining a 2.5 or higher cumulative GPA 
*family adjusted gross income of $60,000 or less

Scholarship available for students in St. Louis who will be majoring in mental health in college.  Eligible majors include, but not limited to, psychology, counseling, social work, and psychiatric nursing.  Value is $1,000 and will be paid directly to the winner.  Deadline is March 31, 2019.  Scholarship can be accessed through the link below.

NUCOR Scholarship is for students interested in pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering or Metallurgy. 

Students must be a resident (for at least 6 months) or St. Louis County.

Each year the National Tuskegee Airmen, Incorporated (TAI) Organization awards forty $1,500 scholarships to high school seniors.  

Applicants must: 
- have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher 
- write a single page essay entitles "The Tuskegee Airmen" which reflects on overview of their history and how their experience has impacted the applicant personally.  
- submit a 2-page personal essay containing a biographical sketch, educational aspirations, career goals and an explanation of why financial aid is essential. 
- provide three letters of recommendation. 

Applications can be picked up in the Counseling Office.

Deadline:  Jan 31, 2019.  Only one student per high school (grades 9-12).  STudent must write an essay that addresses the issue of books and reading.  Common topics for essays include literary analyses, accounts of personal experiences and fictional short stories.   Please see handout or website for additional information.

MSPE St. Louis Chapter will award three $1,00 scholarships to students.  Eligibility requirements are: 
1) be a high school seniors 
2) be a citizen of the US
3) Have at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA
4) Have a minimum ACT score of a 29 in Math and 25 in English 
5) enroll in an engineering program that has been accredited by ABET-EAC at one of the institutions named on the application or a pre-engineering program at a MO college or university that has a working agreement to transfer credits with colleges named on the application  
6) reside in the City of St. Louis or St. Louis, Jefferson, Franklin, Lincon, St. Charles or Warren Counties. 

Applications are due by 1/25.

The Brentwood Alumni Scholarship Application for current seniors is now available!  It is due to the Counseling Office by Thursday, February 21st.  All seniors were e-mailed a copy of the application and it can also be picked up in the Counseling Office.
